Russell A. Greenman has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, start-up companies, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, licensing, fund formation, corporate governance and general corporate law. Russell specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies and the VCs, individuals and banks that finance them.
