Greg Thomason represents businesses and individuals in a variety of business and tax law matters. Prior to practicing law, Greg gained extensive business knowledge while working in strategic finance at Intel. His corporate experience helps him guide his clients through their business matters. Greg also has a background in taxation that gives him a unique perspective in advising his clients.

 

Greg has experience in business formations, negotiations of contracts, mergers and acquisitions, partnership disputes, and tax law. He has led multiple partnership buy outs and acquisitions, and has advised on partnership disputes and counseled on multiple tax matters.

 

Greg has negotiated and closed business deals ranging from startups to sizeable privately held companies. Greg believes in partnering with his clients by taking a holistic approach to meet their short-term and long-term goals from any stage in the business cycle.
