Alexandra Foote represents chefs, restaurants, and artisan and sustainable companies in general business matters. Her practice includes real estate leasing, corporate structure, fundraising, trademarks, employee matters, and litigation in both state and federal courts.


Alexandra has an ownership interest in multiple restaurants in the Bay Area and Los Angeles. She represents start-up companies like third wave coffee, artisan butchery, natural fragrance, and organic products. In litigation she worked on high-profile cases, including matters involving the California Attorney General and the United States Department of Justice. Her early legal career focused on catastrophic environmental cases such as theĀ Exxon Valdez. Her current focus is supporting entrepreneurs and local businesses in organics and sustainable economics.
